LOOKING OVER 2017
- My Grace is sufficient -
One of my biggest Joy of 2017 is coming from the picture you can see above. As you know, for years you prayed alongside me for Paul, my brother in law. Well, the Lord worked so that in September this year, Paul got baptized and is following Christ. Looking back at all these years, I can say nothing but His Grace was sufficient and will always be in Paul's life, mine and in each one of us.
Many people are asking me how do I manage to find time to rest and what do I do for it. Well, my favorite place to rest and recreate my brain after the full months of work are the mountains. We don't have any in Moldova, therefore I have to travel to the neighbouring country, Romania. During the warm seasons, I hike, during the winter, I snowboard. In the mountains I find God the most, His Creation there tells me so much about God's beauty and brings me into nice conversations with Him.
I am thankful for all the 2017 hikes and falls on my snowboard :)
Spending time with my family is always a special time for me. I am glad this year we could again have some memorable moments to spend together. God blessed me with wonderful parents, a brother and another family in Romania. Through having them in my life, I once again see God's Grace.
Love Moldova outreaches was definitely one of the highlights of the year, as usual actually. I was involved in a boys social vulnerable camp, then in a River Outreach. Seeing the lives being changed through the Gospel is something that energizes you and confirming that you are in the right place, but of course, only through God's Grace.
and Merry Christmas
My dear friends, I would like to thank you once again at the end of another year, for walking alongside me. It had been a great year and I am thankful to God for what we could do together.
As we are celebrating the birth of Jesus, may the Joy and Peace be upon you, not only for these holidays, but also for 2018 and the years that will follow.
His Grace will always be sufficient!
