Who We Are
In 2015, Jim and Lynn Duncan began preparing bagged lunches in their home to distribute to homeless individuals in downtown Atlanta. The more they did this, the more their hearts grew and they wanted to do more. They were led by the Lord to start a non-profit called Love Gives Ministries.
What We Do
Love Gives regularly provides help and resources for those in need. The current main area for ministry is at an extended stay hotel in Forest Park where each month they load their trailer with food, toiletries and other needed items to bless families living in the hotel. Additionally, Love Gives blesses schools with supplies for children and families in need.
How Can I Be Involved?
Jim and Lynn would love for individuals to join their team that sorts, packs and distributes food each month. On special occasions and holidays, larger teams of volunteers are needed to serve and prepare hot meals and activities for families.
