Engage Fayette Eblast

10/11/2017

  1. Marnelle Fall Festival:

  1. Thank You for Cleveland:

Thank you to all who volunteered with us at Cleveland Elementary School on Sunday, September 24th.  In the 2 hours we spent at the school, we packed 865 bags with food for children during the weekend, we prayed for Fayette County schools, administrators, and students and we enjoyed a fun time together! We were overwhelmed by your outpouring of generosity - thank you again!

We have since collected enough food to complete an additional 201 bags! This provides Cleveland Elementary School with 12 weeks worth of this is just one of the many ways we are serving the students at Cleveland

  1. GLOW

GLOW Ministry's mission is to teach the local Japanese community about Jesus. GLOW began in October 2014. GLOW has created a leveled path to faith in Jesus through simple exposure to the biblical concepts and teachings, opportunities to develop deeper relationships with believers, studying the Bible in Japanese, attending a Japanese home church and providing leadership and service opportunities among the participants. GLOW serves Japanese families as a whole, offering opportunities for children, women, men and family events.

Some of the many ways we engage with the Japanese community through out the year are:

GLOW & Learn- twice monthly gatherings for moms and kids

Cooking & Bible class

ESL 1:1 partner Bible Study

Both Japanese and American holiday celebrations

Japanese house church

Women's Retreat, Kids Summer Camp and Church School for kids on Sunday's

Men's Gathering

Summer Park Days
