LuAnn Stohrer

LuAnn joined our staff on October 10, 2017 as our bookkeeper. She was born and raised in Indiana; after graduating high school, she attended Ball State University and earned a B.S. in Accounting. After college, she moved to Detroit where she worked as a corporate accountant.

Since then, she has raised three children and served as a volunteer for several organizations. In 1995, one of these volunteer positions turned into a full-time job as an athletic secretary for a public school. In this role, she handled the financial, medical and administrative records for 1,000+ athletes. She also oversaw the expenses for the athletic staff.

In 2014, she and her husband, Fred, retired to Georgia and they have attended Grace since then. As part of the Grace family, she has volunteered with Special Ops, Club 2.0, Padre dinners, GKRC luncheon, and the Good News Club. And most importantly, she is excited about joining our staff and using some of those servant skills as part of the administrative ministry at Grace.
